Early each morning, a pasta maker uses organic eggs and Venetian durum flour blended exclusively for Mercato, to prepare fresh pasta for the day. Everything from radiatori, to tagliatelle, to cresti di gallo is made fresh on the premises – and ready for you to take home. This is the very same pasta we use on the restaurant side of Mercato. Plus, the market also offers a variety of stuffed pastas like ravioli, tortellini, mezzaluna in our freezer section – which is conveniently located around the corner from our homemade sauces.
